The organizational leadership degree completion program aims to help students develop a basic understanding of the theories of leadership and how to best implement changes in order to guide successful organizations. Courses cover topics such as leadership development, project management, communication, public relations, conflict management and social psychology.

This program is gives you the problem‐solving, collaboration, communication and leadership skills required to lead organizations. Between your family and your career, we understand your priorities. The concentration in Criminal Justice has been designed in consultation with professionals in the field, to provide students with skills and the degree they need to advance in to leadership positions in their field.

Entering students will ideally have at least 66 units of college coursework before entering the program, so that the additional 54 units of degree requirements will provide them with the 120 units total required for graduation. Students with fewer units may be admitted with the understanding that they will need to take additional courses beyond those required by the Organizational Leadership degree program to complete their graduation requirements.

Tuition for Degree Completion Programs is significantly discounted at $775 per unit or 9,300 per semester (full-time students) for 4 1/2 semesters, plus applicable student body fees. In addition, students in the degree completion programs may be eligible for some forms of financial aid through filing the FAFSA or CA Dream Act Application.
