The Accelerated Bachelor's Degree Completion in Organizational Leadership prepares students for leadership positions; it also ensures students develop the skills to successfully implement change in organizations. Courses focus on leadership development, project management, communication, public relations, conflict management, and social psychology.
Program Overview
This program is gives you the problem-solving, collaboration, communication and leadership skills required to lead organizations. We have designed degree completion programs to help you finish your degree without sacrificing your personal and professional responsibilities.
The concentration in Criminal Justice has been designed in consultation with professionals in the field, to provide students with skills and the degree they need to advance in to leadership positions in their field.

Entering students will ideally have at least 66 units of college coursework before entering the program, so that the additional 54 units of degree requirements will provide them with the 120 units total required for graduation. Students with fewer units may be admitted with the understanding that they will need to take additional courses beyond those required by the Organizational Leadership degree program to complete their graduation requirements.

Tuition for the Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree Completion program is offered at more than 50% less than standard Pacific tuition. Students in the Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree Completion programs may be eligible for some financial aid by filing the FAFSA or the CA Dream Act Application.
Submitting your completed application before March 15th, 2023, makes you eligible for consideration for an Osher grant. The grant can be applied toward tuition in the Fall semester.
