Bring creativity and flexibility to organizations.

This hands-on certificate program provides you with real-world experience using innovation tools and processes. You’ll apply innovation methods to grow as a leader and facilitator of change.

A Learning Community

At Pacific, students learn with each other. The program begins with a three-day extended residency at our Sacramento Campus. This experience allows you to build the foundation for relationships that continue online.

Primarily Online

We designed the certificate program with the best of both worlds. After the one in-person residency, all coursework is online with two weekly evening classes and a once-a-month virtual Saturday workshop.

Real-World Projects

We believe that students learn by doing. Each course in the program has you apply what you learn in a real organization. Rather than learning how to do something in the future, you learn by doing now.

The professors truly do practice what they preach and are directly connected to all the fields that they teach, such as innovative and strength-based leadership. Using these tools have made me an even stronger leader and human."
