Align people and strategy as a consultant.

This real-world program develops your skills as a change professional to support internal or external change. You’ll learn various methods such as psychological safety, facilitation techniques, consulting skills, evaluation, and organizational learning.

A Learning Community

At Pacific, students learn with each other. The program begins with a two-day residency at our Sacramento Campus. This experience allows you to build the foundation for relationships that continue online.

Primarily Online

We designed the certificate program with the best of both worlds. After one in-person extended weekend residency, all coursework is online with two weekly evening classes and a once-a-month virtual Saturday workshop.

Real World Projects

We believe that students learn by doing. Each course in the program has you apply what you learn in a real organization. Rather than learning how to do something in the future, you learn by doing now.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (2.65 minimum GPA)
