Bird Safari I – Staten Island

M2 Wines Tasting & Tour

Lodi Historical Tour I

A general walking tour of Lodi's history. Includes mention of many of our most interesting female residents. The tour will include topics such as: Where the bars, brothels, gambling houses, and opium dens were. Lodi's most famous citizen, a suffragist. Why Prohibition was the best thing that ever happened to Lodi. Where the Big Fire of 1887 started. Lodi's pacifist Germans.

In early spring, many of the Park's resident birds can be found starting to nest. Early arrivals from the tropics that nest locally are expected, so you may tally 40 plus species in a morning's visit.

Heritage Oak is a popular spot for birding. This vineyard just east of Lodi has gained the reputation of being one of the best places in the Central Valley to observe hummingbirds and nesting bluebirds in specially built bird boxes.

St. Amant Winery Tasting & Tour

St. Amant Winery is a family owned winery located in Lodi, that prides itself in producing handcrafted wines of superb quality. Founded in 1979 by Tim and Barbara Spencer, St. Amant crafts distinctive wines from Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian varietals in addition to California’s own Zinfandel. They make all their wines on site, from crushing to bottling. Come enjoy the difference.
