Degree Completion Programs

Pacific’s Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program offers an opportunity for students to return to school and finish their degree. The curriculum in each program has been designed with input from academic and industry leaders, providing working adults with the academic knowledge and practical skills that will help them to advance in their careers and achieve their personal goals. Hybrid classes combine online instruction with on-campus meetings either in the evening or on select weekends, providing the exceptional student-centered education Pacific is known for with the flexibility adult students need. The Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree Completion program offers two degrees—a BS in Organizational Leadership (including the option of a concentration in Criminal Justice), and a BS in Healthcare Administration and Leadership.

Organizational Leadership

The Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree Completion in Organizational Leadership prepares students for leadership  positions; it also ensures students develop the skills  to successfully implement change in organizations. Course focus on leadership development, project management, communication, public relations, conflict management, and social psychology. The concentration in Criminal Justice has been designed in consultation with professionals in the field, to provide students with skills and the degree they need to advance into leadership positions in the field of criminal justice.

Pacific’s Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Leadership provides an opportunity for working adults with some college to return to school and finish their bachelor’s degree.  Hybrid classes combine online instruction with on-campus meetings select weekends, providing the exceptional student-centered education Pacific is known for with the flexibility adult students need.

Admission Requirements

Entering students will ideally have at least 66 units of college coursework before entering the program, so that the additional 54 units of degree requirements will provide them with the 120 units total required for graduation. Students with fewer units may be admitted with the understanding that they will need to take additional courses beyond those required by the Organizational Leadership or Healthcare Administration & Leadership degree programs to complete their graduation requirements.
